As a state-of-the-art, 60,000 square foot facility in Stanton, Texas, the Martin County Hospital design is focused on adaptable use, effective information technology, ambulatory treatment, operational efficiency, service excellence, and a healing environment. Engineering tasks included master drainage report, grading and paving plans, water and sewer plans, and a SWPPP (designed by Maverick engineers while with a previous firm).

Maverick was hired by another engineering firm for this 12,660 square foot allergist’s office in northwest Midland. Our team evaluated the overall site to determine the impact the new building would have on the existing drainage scheme in the area.  Maverick provided a drainage report and developed grading plans for the project.

This stand-alone medical office site is located on one of the main thoroughfares to downtown Midland. Maverick was contracted by a local architect to provide civil engineering and design services. Maverick coordinated the topographic survey, prepared the grading and drainage plan with paving, created a landscape plan, and designed the utility plans for water and sewer, tying in with existing lines. Maverick also completed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the site.

For this optometrist’s office, Maverick coordinated with the neighboring property owner to gain shared driveway usage to accommodate an addition to the existing site. In addition to coordinating the boundary and topography surveys, Maverick completed the drainage letter and re-platting that the property required.  Our team also obtained a FEMA elevation certificate to prove that the finished floor is above base flood elevation.
