Maverick served as Civil Engineer of Record on this 40-unit man camp plus lobby, kitchen, and recreational area for local oilfield employees in Odessa, Texas. Our team developed an industrial site plan to create an optimal layout solution.  Maverick also designed plans for grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and SWPPP.

Maverick was retained by a major international oil and gas services provider to produce a Site Plan in addition to Grading & Drainage with Paving plan sets for their new cement production facility in the Permian Basin.  This site required right-of-way coordination along with a Master Drainage Plan and Utilities Plans to bring all elements of the project together under the roof of one efficient consultant.

This CNG (compressed natural gas) fuel facility was added to service the burgeoning number of commercial fleet vehicles and machinery now powered by CNG. As with all of our projects, Maverick utilizes the best operators in the survey field to net the quality data necessary to producing an excellent design. In this case, post-development storm water runoff was identified as a problem which was addressed by onsite detention in a designed basin. Furthermore, Maverick’s expertise allowed us to contribute the Paving, Grading, SWPPP, and Landscape Plans, all with superior Project Management for the Client.

For this two-phase project, Maverick initially coordinated the title, boundary, and topographic surveys. Our team also prepared a drainage report along with paving, grading, and drainage plans, a landscape plan, and onsite utility plans. The first phase included an environmental study, which Maverick coordinated through a subcontractor. Maverick worked with the City of Midland to obtain a Planned District Amendment for this site prior to the final plat. The design also incorporated a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.

With a corporate office site located near downtown Midland, RSP Permian hired Maverick to provide civil engineering services for their new field office along Business Highway 20. Maverick designed a site plan, along with grading and drainage plans and a SWPPP.  Our team also helped RSP Permian coordinate dry utilities and assisted them with the construction bidding process.
